Balanced Stay: Good Service with Room for Improvement
We appreciated the excellent cleaning services during our stay; it was exactly what we needed. Daily restocking of tea, water, and coffee in our room was a thoughtful touch. The cleaning staff were amiable women who contributed to the welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. The property felt pleasantly uncrowded, and the breakfast offerings were satisfactory, aligning well with our expectations for a hotel rated 8/10 on Booking.com.
However, our stay wasn't without its drawbacks. Despite staying for six nights, we noticed that the breakfast menu remained unchanged, lacking variety. The queen-sized bed felt somewhat small for our comfort, and the bedding arrangement was unconventional — utilizing two sheets instead of a duvet cover, which we found peculiar. Furthermore, the room's decor felt outdated, suggesting that the hotel could greatly benefit from a renovation to embrace a more contemporary design approach.

Good
Facilities and location are great: short walking distance to the metro station, sagrada familia and arch de triomf and among other touristic places. Highly recommended and will definitely come back.
The fact that on our second day staying in the hotel, and one of the staffs didn't recognise us (myself and my partner) as soon as we entered the hotel lounge (sitting area) before we went upstairs to our hotel room (after a long day visiting places), and we got asked by "that particular" staff if we were guests in the hotel, so my partner showed to staff the key card, and the staff simply turned around and say: "enjoy your stay". Apart from this situation, everything else was perfectly fine, the staff who too the check-in process (Christian, his name) was friendly, professional and provided great information about the city including the city map, etc. The check out was also carried by a lovely girl (staff with the long hair) and she was simply great too.

Located a 20 min walk between the Sagrada and Picasso Museum
Ideally located. Bright & modern. Great breakfast. Gym. Many good restaurants within a short walk (10 mins). A 20 minute walk from the Sagrada & Picasso Museum. Would definitely return.
Everything was fine…..except the toaster! It took an age and only did one side.
